Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on destination. While we use the fastest shipping carrier, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs inspections. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Refused Delivery / Unclaimed Package 

If a package is refused, rejected, or left unclaimed by the customer and is returned to us, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted. Any shipping charges, customs duties,  return shipping costs, payment processing fees, and if any other non-refundable expenses incurred will be deducted from the refund.

International Shipping & Duties

Any import duties, taxes or fees associated with international shipping are the buyers' responsibility. 

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not have control over these fees and cannot estimate their cost. Failure to pay these fees may result in delays, returned shipments, or abandoned packages. We are not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs. If the recipient refuses to pay these fees and the shipment is returned to us, all fees will be deducted from the refund. Due to high return shipping costs, we reserve the right to refuse or abandon the returned shipment, in which case no refund will be issued.

It is the recipient’s responsibility to be informed of any applicable import fees prior to placing an order.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@jewelight.ca within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and photos.
