Refund policy

Returns

Only single-unit purchases include a no-obligation trial period. 

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@jewelight.ca within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for the return.

Returned item must be sent back in their original packaging and must be properly protected during return shipping. We cannot issue a refund for an item that arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging.

If shipping or other fees are paid by us, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. 

Unaccepted or Returned Shipments
If an order is refused, unaccepted, or returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, no refund will be issued automatically. The customer is responsible for contacting us and specifying whether they prefer a redelivery or a refund. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted. Any shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, return shipping costs, payment processing fees, and if any other non-refundable expenses incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Buy More, Save More Orders

If items are returned from a Buy More, Save More promotion, the applicable discount will be recalculated based on the final number of items kept. The refund amount will reflect the adjusted discount level.

Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) Purchases

If an order was placed as part of a Buy-One-Get-One promotion and only the paid item is returned, the refund will be calculated based on the paid item’s value minus the value of the free item.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty

All products include a 2-year warranty covering defects only.

In the event of a confirmed defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Refunds are not offered under warranty claims.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing or typographical errors

  • Modify pricing or promotions at any time

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud

Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
